Parsnip peeling Parsnips can be successfully peeled in the COMBI-peelers.It is recommended that the very thin end of the parsnip is cut prior to peeling. The peeler "rounds" the cut end. The feeding of the peeler is important when peeling parsnips. The quality and yield depends on the flow of the raw material. Parsnip can be successfully peeled in the COMBI-peelers:
