Carrot peeling in COMBI-peelers The COMBI peeler is perfect for cutting carrots. The ends will be slightly rounded and the "short carrot" will gain a natural rounded end. When the COMBI-peeler is used for peeling carrots, the capacity is approx 70-80% of the indicated capacity (given for potatoes).
