The FORMIT MPP630 profiler is an efficient equipment for forming ball shaped products from fruits and vegetables. The MPP630 can produce a almost perfect ball shape out of the raw material. The size of the final product can be from 17mm to 57mm. The shaping tools have to be merely changed depending on the product type and size.
The new profiler design allows various types of feeding systems, all depending on the type of raw material used.
The profiler is designed for an efficient waste/product separation and with an effective product discharge. The new design allows all the parts such as the shaping rolls, feeding systems, waste separation and product discharges to be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance.
