Water bulks/hoppers/conveyor

FORMIT produces an effective water-bulk and conveyor for temporary buffering and storage on the production lines.

The products are stored in the water bulk and are lifted with an effective conveyor to the next production line element.

The purpose of the water bulk is to lift the products, as well as to offer a temporary storage. In the case that the speed of the inspection or packing, for example, varies, the water bulk can provide a buffer. A temporary halt in the inspection or packing may be avoided and the peeling can continue without any stops.

The water bulk fits together with the COMBI-peelers, the washing drum, the inspection table, the disinfection drum and the profilers.
