Washing Drums

The FORMIT Combi-Peelers work without the addition of water into the process. If the Combi-Peeler is operated without water, we recommend that the products are washed after the peeling process.

The washing drum effectively removes small particles that remain and some of the starch after the peeling process.

The washing drum operates with water and can be batch filled or have a continuous flow
